A narrative infographic on technical and communication failures behind the Northeastern Blackout of 2003.

OVERVIEW

The complex story of the blackout required the distillation of highly complex information — event chains, technical concepts, and company bureaucracy — into a clear narrative. I designed a dynamic, carefully ordered page layout and created explanatory infographics for electrical engineering concepts.
